Due to the perishable nature of our fresh salad cups, we are unable to accept physical returns; however, if your order arrives damaged or unsatisfactory, we are committed to making it right with a replacement or refund.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, immediately check your Gardencups for freshness and ensure the insulation and ice packs are still maintaining a cold temperature.
- 2.Document Issues
If you notice any quality concerns or shipping damage, please take clear photos of the product and the packaging within 24 hours of delivery.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer success team with your order number and photos; we will review your claim and process a resolution within one business day.
- 4.Receive Credit or Reshipment
Once approved, we will either issue a full refund to your original payment method or schedule a fresh shipment of your favorite cups at no extra cost.
